Pricing

Everyone else charges by the page. We charge by the transaction.

Which is why a statement costs pennies here and pounds nearly everywhere else. One typical four-page, fifty-transaction statement:

bankstatementconverter.com$30/mo for 400 pages24p / 30¢
DextBank statement add-on, pay as you go25p / 32¢

MoneyThumb$24.95/mo for 5 statements£3.96 / $4.99
RossumFrom $18,000 a year, no volume published

2 credits per transaction, minimum 10, so a 50-transaction statement is 100 credits. Starter is £5 / $6.30 a month for 5,000 credits — about 50 such statements. Credits also sold outright from £3 / $3.80.
Competitor figures from their own published pricing, 17 August 2026, at four pages per statement. Dollar amounts indicative: billing is in GBP.

Questions

Which banks does it work with?
Any bank, in any country. There is no list of supported banks because there are no per-bank parsers. The extraction reads the statement layout in front of it, so a statement from a bank we have never seen converts as cleanly as one we have.
Does it handle scans and phone photos?
Yes. Native PDFs, scans of paper statements and photographs taken on a phone all convert. This is why processing happens on our servers rather than in your browser: a scan has no text layer, so the page has to be read visually.
How much does it cost?
Your first statement of up to 10 pages is free. After that a conversion costs 2 credits per transaction with a 10 credit minimum, so a 50-transaction statement is 100 credits. Starter is £5 / $6.30 a month for 5,000 credits, about 50 such statements, or roughly 10p / 13¢ each. Credits can also be bought outright from £3 / $3.80.
What does the CSV look like?
One normalised date column, descriptions with wrapped lines rejoined, a single correctly signed amount column, and the running balance kept separate. That is the shape Xero requires, since Xero rejects files with separate debit and credit columns. QuickBooks Online accepts either but caps uploads at 1,000 rows.
What languages does it handle?
Any language and any script, including right to left. Dates and decimal conventions are normalised, so a statement written with comma decimals and DD.MM.YY dates comes out in the same shape as one from a UK or US bank.
