There's no limit! Refer as many colleagues, clients, or friends as you like. Each one who becomes an active paying subscriber earns you 200 bonus credits every month they stay subscribed.
Bonus credits are calculated based on your active referred subscribers and are added to your account at the start of each calendar month (typically within the first few days).
If a referred friend cancels their paid subscription or downgrades to the free plan, you will stop receiving the 200 monthly bonus credits for that specific referral from the following month onwards. You'll keep earning credits for any other active referrals.
Currently, this program focuses on rewarding the referrer (you!). Your friends benefit by discovering ReconcileIQ and saving significant time on their bank reconciliations. We may introduce incentives for referred users in the future.
No, bonus credits earned through referrals do not expire. They are added to your total available credits and can be used anytime as long as your ReconcileIQ account is active.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

  • You must have an active ReconcileIQ account (Free or Paid) to participate.
  • Bonus credits (200 per active referral per month) are awarded around the beginning of each calendar month for the previous month's active subscriptions.
  • A "successful referral" requires the referred user to register via your unique link AND subscribe to any paid plan (Essential, Pro, Business, Enterprise).
  • Bonus credits continue monthly only while the referred user maintains an active, paid subscription status. Credits stop if they cancel or downgrade to Free.
  • Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts to exploit the program are prohibited.
  • ReconcileIQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Any suspected fraudulent activity or abuse may lead to disqualification and forfeiture of earned credits.
  • Bonus credits have no cash value and are only usable for transaction processing within ReconcileIQ.
