These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReconcileIQ ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

ReconcileIQ is a web-based service that facilitates the comparison of banking and bookkeeping records through secure file processing. The Service processes CSV files containing financial transaction data to identify discrepancies between records.

3. Account Creation and Management

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. When you do so, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Service cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

ReconcileIQ offers various subscription plans with different features and transaction credit limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees according to your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

Transaction credits do not roll over from month to month. Any unused credits will expire at the end of your billing cycle.
